Emmy started it. I think it went through Addy, although she never threw up, she just felt really yucky. I ended it. The man with the iron stomach has yet to get it.
It was the nausea that just seemed to stay with you that really got to me. Now wonder it took Emmy forever to bounce back.
I'm been so thankful that Nat works so close to home, because he ended up coming home for lunch the last couple of days to help me out because I just couldn't do it. Addy has been super helpful too. She would get her own clothes out (a few times a day!) and find clothes for Emmy. She'd even help Emmy get dressed too. She helped to get them snacks (dried cereal) and water for their cups and would even wipe up their spills.
Now! I have a mountain of laundry calling me, cereal to sweep up and piles scattered all across the house to pick up! You just don't realize how much mommies are needed until they're totally out of commission.
